Jack studied Pharmacy at Bath University in the UK and migrated to Australia with his wife and baby daughter Joyce in 1986. He worked for various employers but dreamed of one day owning his own pharmacy. After many years of hard work, he finally became the proud owner of Ferndale Pharmacy in 1999. 


In the early 2000s, he worked alongside his wife and then pharmacy student Joyce to provide a unique family orientated service to our local community. Together, the Ma family strived to always put patients first before profit, as well as providing the best advice. Outside of pharmacy, Jack enjoys travel, nature and action movies.
